Practicing Mindfulness in real estate sounds fine and good, but how does it work? By tapping into my deep understanding of the human condition and one’s motivation, I pay attention to large and small details, ask questions that go beyond the obvious, and aim to understand my client’s needs and wants.

I listen with compassion to what’s said and tap into what is not being said.

My years as a professional counselor and my expertise in negotiation and accreditation in buyer’s representation enable me to guide the process where everyone involved feels heard and validated. At the same time, I consistently call upon my mindfulness training to ensure the procedure goes as smoothly as possible—and it is a win-win for all parties.
